Find whether there is a significant difference in mean

Here are some summer data taken for the same three cities, in Fahrenheit degrees, cross-categorized according to six different portions of summer.

Winnipeg Montreal Quebec City

June 1 - June 15 2 7 36
June 16- June 30 5 9 32
July 1 - July 15 13 13 20
July 16- July 31 26 26 25
August 1 - August 15 38 8 29
August 16- August 31 42 15 73

a) Find whether there is a significant difference in mean temperatures in the three cities using ONE-WAY ANOVA.

b) Find whether there is a significant difference in mean temperatures after the effect of the different portions of summer has been accounted for.

c) It is sometimes claimed that Fahrenheit degrees are more accurate than Celsius degrees because the measurement unit is smaller. Would the same conclusions be reached if Celsius degrees were used instead of Fahrenheit? Justify your answer.
