Find ways to design your poster to provide information

Problem

Users include faculty, staff, students and alumni. Only the poster product is requested - no voice-over is necessary. Be sure the points on your poster are self-explanatory - or, if you would like, include a summary as a separate reference document to your poster (this should be not part of the poster but an addition to the poster).

Here are the user stories for the Module Poster. Find ways to design and build your poster to provide information that addresses the needs of your stakeholder - in this case, an agile learner.

(Though this isn't really a "sprint" from a scrum/team perspective, you will work with user stories to create a one-page poster that can be part of our Agile Poster Product as part of the PM Template Repository.)

Sprint 4 Product Backlog: Self-Organizing Teams

A. As an agile learner, I want to know what a self-organizing team is so that I can explain it to my stakeholders.

B. As an agile learner, I want to know the benefits of a self-organizing team so that I can sell the concept to my leaders.

C. As an agile learner, I want to know what challenges to be prepared to manage with a self-organizing team so that I can be successful as a team member.

D. As an agile learner, I want to know how self-organizing teams demonstrate agile values and principles so that I can be sure to practice it in an agile way.
