(b) Find vertex of parabola y = x2 + 3x + 1 to nearest tenth. Use the vertex formula
(c) Draw graph of y = x2 + 3x + 1 using information you found in parts a and b. You might find it helpful to plot the few more points, for instance, replace x by values like x = -1, x = 0, x = 1 etc . That is, determine few other x and y values to plot curve.
