Although definition of Quality Management still varies from different approaches but to understand its scope in practical context, students are requested to answer the following problems:
• Find two local companies (from UAE) that you believe exhibit high quality. Next, find two international companies that are recognized for their quality achievements. On the basis of findings, do a critical comparison between both the groups.
• Define quality for the following products: a university, an exercise facility, spaghetti sauce, and toothpaste.
