Find total force acting on window due to pressure difference

A fairing for an optically perfect window for an airborne telescope is being tested in a wind tunnel. A manometer is connected to two pressure ports, one on the inner side of the window and the other port on the outside. the manometer fluid is water. During the testing at the maximum design airspeed, the column of water in the tube that is connected to the outside pressure port is 30cm higher than the column of water in the tube that is connected to the inside port.

a) What is the difference between the pressure that is acting on the inner surface of the window relative to the pressure acting on the outer surface of the window?

b) If the window has a total area of .5m^2, what is the total force acting on the window due to the pressure difference?
