Find the tension if sign is hung at the tip of bracket

There is a bracket with a long rail on the top that is connected to a vertical pole with a pin. There is another bracket also attached to this 6ft rail in its middle with another pin. It is made up of two pieces each one 3ft in length and connected together with another pin. That part is also connected to the pole 3ft below the top rail. There is a cable which runs diagonal from the two piece bracket and the top rail where it is attached to the pole. Using virtual work, what is an expression of the relationship between the tension in the cable (Q) and the force (weight) from a hanging sign attached at the outer tip of the top rail (P)? What will the tension be if a 50lb sign is hung at the tip of the bracket?
