Find the mean amplitude-indoor radio propagation

Solve the below problem:

Q: An article in IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications["Impulse Response Modeling of Indoor Radio Propagation Channels" (1993, Vol. 11(7))] indicated that the successful design of indoor communication systems requires characterization of radio propagation. The distribution of the amplitude of individual multipath components was well modeled with a lognormal distribution. For one test configuration (with 100ns delays), the mean amplitude was -24 dB (from the peak) with a standard deviation of 4.1 dB. The amplitude decreased nearly linearly with increased excess delay.
