Refrigerant-22 is condensed from 120°C, 1.40 MPa to saturated liquid using air at 24°C, 1.00 bar. The air absorbs 72,000 kJ/hr of heat. The air flow rate is 25 times that of the refrigerant.

a. Find the mass flow rate of refrigerant in kg/sec.

b. Find the exit temperature of the air in °C.

c. Find the velocity of the air at the exit (m/s) if it is flowing through a rectangular duct that is 25 cm x 50 cm.
