Find the magnetic torque applied on the magnet

A cylindrical permanent magnet consists of a volume of around 199 cm3 and a uniform magnetization of around 9.0 x 105 A/m all along its axis. The magnet is positioned in a uniform external magnetic field of magnitude 0.41 T. The magnet's magnetization vector is primarily at an angle of 30° with the direction of the external field. Determine the magnetic torque applied on the magnet.
