Find the length of time required for the tank to empty

The Circular tank below is draining through a circular pipe at its bottom. The openings in the top of the tank and bottm of the pipe are exposed to ambient pressure. If the tank and pipe are initially full of an incompressible fluid with density (rho) and viscosity (u), find the length of time required for the tank to empty (i.e. fluid level = h ) if the loss coefficient for the tank-pipe interface is K(L) , and the pipe's friction factor is f. Upper hand circular tank has diameter of = D and height = H lower hand circular tank (smaller) has diameter of = d and heigth = h Gravity going down.
