Find the height that water rises into the bell

A diving bell in the shape of a cylinder with height 2.5m is closed at upper end and open at the bottom. It's lowered into the ocean (1.025 kg/m^3) and it goes down to a depth of 82.3 m. The air in bell is initially 293.15K and the air at depth is 277.15K. The pressure of the volume of air in bell at sealevel is 1.013x10^5 N/m^2 and the new pressure of the air in bell at depth is 1.021x10^5 N/m^2. Using the knowledge that the air in bell will change in volume and water will rise into bell by a bit, find the height that water rises into the bell.
