Find the heat transfer rate between the fluids

A steady flow of liquid ethylene glycol inside finned tubing is cooled from an inlet state of 85C and 2000kPa to an exit state of 75 C and 200 kPa by air steadily blown over the tubes by a 8 kW electric fan upstream of the tubing. The air enters from the atmosphere at a rate of 5.55 kg/s. The air exits into the atmosphere at a temperature of 66C. Neglect changes in kinetic and potential energy. The atmospheric temperature and pressure are 30C and 100 kPa.

A) find the flow rate of the liquid ethylene glycol

b) find the fan diameter if the inlet air velocity is limited to 20 m/s

C) find the heat transfer rate between the fluids.
