a. Find the expected value of jsatisf for a 30-year-old worker who completed 12 years of schooling. Round it to the nearest integer number.

b. If the worker is 30 years old and completed 12 years of schooling, does it mean that this worker will have the job satisfaction level found in part a? Why or why not?
