Refer to given Exercise. Of the 166 arts and humanities faculty members, 66% favored the policy, while of the 229 engineering, mathematical, and physical sciences faculty, 38% favored it.

a. Find the conservative margin of error for the arts and humanities faculty, and use it to compute an approximate 95% confidence interval for the percent of them in the population who favored this policy.

b. Repeat the analysis in part (a) for the engineering and sciences faculty.

c. Compare the approximate 95% confidence intervals you found in parts (a) and (b), and comment on whether you think faculty members in these disciplines in the population differed on this question at the time of the poll.

c. Compare the approximate 95% confidence intervals you found in parts (a) and (b), and comment on whether you think male and female faculty members in the population differed on this question.
