A motor delivers 240 W through the drive shaft to a paddle wheel that agitates liquid water in a close insulated tank maintained at 1 bar. The initial temperature of water and wheel is 20 OC. Determine the temperature rise of the contents after 0.8 h if the mass of the water is 6 kg and the mass and specific heat of the paddle wheel are 0.4 kg and 0.96 kJ/kg-K, respectively.
