Find temperature and final temperature at equilibrium

Consider water-cooling in a well-stirred open tank which is equipped with a cooling coil and contains 45kg of water. It is initially at 45oC, while the inlet/outlet mass flow rate is 270kg/h and the inlet temperature is 45oC. In order to maintain a spatially uniform temperature in the tank, i.e., T(t) only, a mixer is used which is powered at 0.6kW. The cooling coil immersed in the water removes energy at a rate of 7.6kW. Assuming no additional heat losses, constant pressure and negligible changes in kinetic and potential energies, find T(t) and Tfinal=Tequilibrium. Graph T(t) and comment.
