Find specific internal energy of the water in the cylinder

Water is contained in a vertical cylinder fitted with a frictionless piston and two sets of stops. The volume is 0.1m^3 when the piston is on the lower stops and 0.4m^3 when it is against the upper stops. The pressure of the water must be 200kPa to support the piston when it is between the stops. The water is then cooled until the piston is on the lower stops and the pressure of the water in the cylinder is 100kPa. Find the initial specific volume and specific internal energy of the water in the cylinder.
