Find required pipe wall thickness for external diameter

A circular hollow steel drill pipe should not stretch more than 5mm when it is subjected to a tensile load. Knowing that E =200GPa and that the allowable tensile strength is 180MPa, determine (a) the maximum allowable length of the pipe, (b) the required pipe wall thickness for an external diameter of 75mm if the tensile load is 150kN.
