Leadership is directly tied to the organization's bottom line. Study and anecdotal evidence support premise that people in leadership positions should not only envision and catalyze change initiatives to develop organizational effectiveness; they should also keep close enough to initiative(s) that they see when they require to intervene, to re-frame work or encourage people.

Based on articles you detrermine on success/fail rate of organizational initiatives, about what percent of initiatives would be considered 'successful' if success were based on meeting all three of criteria below?

1. Was project/program or initiative implemented on time? (On time is defined as being ready on date it was promised to be completed.)
2. Was project completed within its projected budget, adjusted for approved changes in scope?
3. Did project deliver the benefits/results promised?

Remember to be considered successful, project should fulfill all three criteria. Would you say:
