Find any promotional communication you have personally received (preferably on a personal device like a smart phone or pad). Now, find a TV or onlinecommercial or print ad for the same brand and the same product or service. Provide a copy/link for each.
Choose one of the following:
a) Find some similarities in the message you received and the message conveyed in the commercial or ad you found.
b) Find some differences in the message you received and the message conveyed in the commercial or ad you found.
For either approach, what does this say about the brand's IMC efforts?
As usual, in order to demonstrate you understand this concept, you must incorporate the relevant textbook terminology into your explanations.
