Find out the magnitude of the static friction force

The wheel of a car consists of a radius of .390m. The engine of the car exerts torque of 308 N x m to this wheel, which does not slip against the road surface. As the wheel doesn’t slip, the road should be applying a force of static friction to the wheel which generates a counter torque. Furthermore, the car consists of a constant velocity; therefore this counter torque balances the applied torque. Find out the magnitude of the static friction force?
