Find out the initial and final kinetic energy of the system

A student on a piano stool rotates freely with the angular speed of 3.09 rev/s. The student holds a mass of 1.35 kg in each outstretched arm, 0.787 m from the axis of rotation. The joint moment of inertia of the student and the stool, avoiding the two masses, is 5.48 kgm2, a value which remains constant. As the student pulls his arms inward, his angular speed rises to 3.50 rev/s. Determine how far are the masses from the axis of rotation at this time, considering the masses to be points? Find out the initial and final kinetic energy of the system?
