Problem: Use the knowledge you know (self-study, self-research, copy from books...), find out the human resource policy of a foreign company (in the country or operating in Vietnam) and a Vietnamese company. Then make a comparison table and point out the strengths and weaknesses of the Vietnamese company in human resource work and policies. It would be good if you have some links or images of the policies.
