Find out the greatest possible angular speed

Neutron stars are very dense objects which are formed from the remnants of supernova explosions. Most of them rotate very rapidly. Assume that the mass of a certain spherical neutron star is two times the mass of the Sun and its radius is 13.0 km. Find out the greatest possible angular speed the neutron star can encompass so that the matter at its surface on the equator is merely held in orbit through the gravitational force.
