Policy/Research Question: Unlike the other option where I provided you some "starter" readings - I am working under the assumption that you can find your own for at this point.
Find (or create) one particular policy that deals with improving the education of disadvantaged children. Explain why you think this is the best way to improve the quality of their education and explain why this approach has advantages over other "typical" proposals.
You can take any approach you want from reducing class sizes to privatizing K-12 education. However, the approach you take should be what your group considers "the best" approach.
