Consider an ideal steam reheat cycle in which the steam enters the high-pressure turbine at 600 psia, 700 F, and then expands to 120 psia. It is then reheated to 700F and expands to 2.226 psia in the low pressure turbine. Calculate the moisture content (i.e., quality) of the steam leaving the low-pressure turbine.
