Consider an ideal steam reheat cycle in which the steam enters the high pressure turbine at 600 psi and 700F and then expands to 150 psi. It is then reheated to 700°F and expands to 2.225 psi at the outlet of the second low pressure turbine. Calculate:

a) the thermal efficiency of the cycle

b) the moisture content (quality) at the exit of the low pressure turbine.
