Find maximum temperature that achieved by burning canola oil

What is the maximum temperature (i.e., the adiabatic flame temperature) that can be achieved by burning canola oil in a 25:1 air:fuel mass ratio? You can assume that air enters the engine at 25oC, the engine produces 26 kg of exhaust gasses for every kg of oil burned, and that the exhaust gasses have an average Cp of 1.0 kJ/kg K. (If you were unable to complete question 1, you can assume that 1 gallon of canola oil releases 100 MJ of heat).
