Find maximum normal stress in rod-minimum wall thickness

A tube with elastic modulus of 75 GPa is used to support a compressive load. It is required that this tube must not stretch more than 0.05% of its original length and the outer diameter of this tube is 60 mm. Determine a) the maximum normal stress in the rod, b) the minimum wall thickness for a load of 10 kN.
