Find maximum height if environmental pressure is given

Water is syphoned from the container to a lower place. The flexible hose has a constant diameter, and the location differences are h and d from the water level in the container, respectively, to the highest hose location and the lower hose end. (1) If the distance d =20 cm, find the water flow velocity V through the hose. (2) To avoid cavitation (water changes phases from liquid to vapor bubbles when the absolute pressure decreases to the saturation pressure) in the hose, find the maximum height h we can have if the environmental pressure is 100 kPa and temperature is 25C. Take the saturation pressure of water at this temperature as 3.17 kPa.
