The horizontal force P is applied to a cord wrapped around the plate periphery and pinned at A. (a)(a) With P = 0, determine the maximum angle 'theta' for which equilibrium is possible. (b) From the position determined in(a) calculate the force P required to rotate the body counter clockwise.
