Find maximum amount of cooling that achieved with approach

One means of cooling in a hot dry climate is to use evaporative cooling where outside air is drawn into a unit where water is evaporated into it. Consider outdoor ambient air at 35°C, 100 kPa, 30% relative humidity. What is maximum amount of cooling (outgoing temperature in °C) that can be achieved with this approach? Assume this to be an adiabatic saturation process. Solve the problem first using a first law analysis, and then solve using the psychrometric chart.
