Find max tensile stress and max compressive stress

The rotor shaft of a helicopter drivesd the rotor blades that provide the lifting force and is subjected to a combination of torsion and axial loading. It is known that the normal stress is 68 MPa, and the shear stress is -100 MPa. Use Mohr's circle to solve the following.

1.) The stresses acting on an element oriented at a counterclockwise angle of 22.5 degrees from the x axis.

2.) Find the max tensile stress, max compressive stress and maz shear stress in the shaft.
