Find magnitude of potential difference in cylindrical shells

The capacitor is created of two concentric conducting cylindrical shells. Radius of inner cylindrical shell is 2.18 10-3 m, and that of outer shell is 2.31 10-3 m. When cylinders carry equal and opposite charges of magnitude 1.85 10-10 C, electric field between plates has the average magnitude of 4.25 104 V/m and is directed radially outward from inner shell to outer shell.

i) Find magnitude of potential difference between cylindrical shells.

ii) Find capacitance of the capacitor.
