The rod pivots freely in the horizontal plane (so you can neglect gravity) about the fixed point O. Assume that the rocket burns fuel at rate of = 0.25 kg/s, with an exhaust velocity u = 23.3 m/s relative to the rocket. Determine the angular speed (magnitude of the angular velocity) of the rocket at t = 3.8 seconds. Specify your answer in rad/s to 2 decimal places.
