Find dimensionless groups using dimensionless analysis

An airplane wing, with chord length of 5ft and span of 30ft,is designed to move through standard air at a speed of 230ft/s. A1/10 scale model of this wing is to be tested in a water tunnel.
We expect the following parameters are important to this problem, Drag for F, chord L, wing span S, flow velocity V, fluid density, viscosity.

Determine the dimensionless groups using dimensionless analysis, then answer the following quiestions: What speed is necessary in the water tunnel to achieve dynamic similarity? What will be the ratio of the drag forces measured in the model flow to those on the prototype wing? To match the reynolds number in an airflow and water flow using same size model , which flow will require the higher flow speed, and how much gigher?
