2. Find an article related to your favorite org behavior topic from the semester. Write a one page (12 pt Times New Roman font, double-spaced) summary of the article. Score will be based on how well you demonstrate understanding how this concept can be used to help manage better - either to improve performance or employee well-being (in terms of stress)
