Discussion: Realtor and Zillow
Use the above websites as well as any other internet resources to complete the following
1) Find a house for sale on Realtor that could be used as a student rental property. It does not have to be for UD, but it is recommended, unless you are familiar with another campus. Print out the first page of the listing. Print out the Zillow.com for the property. Your budget is $200,000.00 including improvements. Recommend any improvements you would suggest to be made to the property. Write a paragraph explain why you chose the house you did and the reasons for the recommended improvements.
2) Find a vacation property on Realtor. It needs to be in the continental United States. Print the first page of the listing as well as the Zillow page. Write a short paragraph on why you chose that property. Budget, including any renovations, is $400,000.
