Find a typical work from both the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist movements. One each. Explain what these movements are and compare and contrast the two works. Use your own words concerning the elements and principles of design and art. What makes them different? I will be grading on your selections and your ability to explain the elements, principles and the difference in these styles.
