Find a news story, video, case study, movie clip... whatever... any kind of artifact that is relevant to e-government. Present an artifact related to e-government. The artifact can involve Web 1.0 or Wed 2.0 technologies and be related to local, state, or the Federal government in the U.S. or be related to "foreign" (i.e, non-U.S.) governments. Provide some kind of explanation about why you chose that artifact and why it is relevant. Make sure that whatever you choose betters our collective understanding of the topic of e-government.
