Successful and unsuccessful full EEO lawsuits are becoming more common and the details of each case are more accessible today because of the Internet and public interest. Examining these lawsuits can be helpful to HR managers to better understand the types of situations that may occur and as a means to evaluate their own procedures against the current judicial theory.
