Prepare an industry overview (area of operation, major competitors...).
Write about the company's background (history, founder....).
Stage Two:
Obtain last three years (2013, 2014, 2015)Financial Statements (include in your report as Annexure A)
Do the following: Ratio Analysisfor (2013-2014) and (2014-2015)

-Inventory turnover
-Receivable turnover
-Average collection period
-Total debt ratio
-Price to earnings ratio
-Current ratio
-Quick ratio
-Time interest ratio
Discuss: Financial Performance (Last Three Years)

Profitability
Other Issues affecting financial performance
Stage Three:
Prepare a SWOT Analysis
Stage Four:
Ascertain key Investment and financial Decisions the company has taken in the last three years. Paste the results of your ratios from excel to MS office and give your final commentary about position of company.
