Prepare a Debt Capital Structure
Task:
You have a financial restructuring case group project, one simple element of the group project need to be dome, this task won't be too hard. 10-20 mins of workload!
Neiman Marcus excel has last two tabs are highlighted in red. Only work on the last tab -Debt Capital Structure, yellow highlights.
Work on the debt run off spread.
For debt run off table, please fill out the table at the top first with covenants and default information so that you can understand which assets of the firm has been collateralized.
You have already arranged everything into the capital structure seniority. Now, it's just assessing how we should restructure these debt to improve liquidity by extend the maturity.
