Ferromagnetism is caused

Ferromagnetism is caused by:

1)the presence of domains in the material which can be aligned by an applied magnetic field
2) the alignment of domains in opposition to the applied field
3) the alignment of electron (atomic) magnetic moments in an applied magnetic field
4) a change in the electron (atomic) magnetic moments which opposes the applied magnetic field
