Regardless if you work for a federal or state government agency as a public administrator it is your job to be familiar with the Freedom of Information Act. If a citizen makes a request for information, how would you respond? For example, what categories of information (exemptions) are not included in the FOIA? what are the types of disclosures? time deadlines, and fees assessed for FOIA requests?
