1. Factors that influence buying behavior - Cultural, social, personal and psychological. Include consumers buying decision process. Marketing stimuli - describe all the marketing efforts they make ( online and offline ) to encourage their customer to shop and buy in the Singapore market. Show in the results if they use cross-cultural strategies and how it's related to their consumers. Is the used strategy a global or local strategy? Explain.

2. Write a clear recommendation ( online and offline ) for ZALORA. Must discuss a wide variety of topics that result in a higher customer value. Think of brand strategy, shopping experience, promotions, etc in details. *These results need to be based on a survey.
