Exposure to Traumatic Events/Significant Loss/Neglect/Abuse: Jahmil's guardian reported that he and his younger brother have been placed in temporary custody by the Department of Children and Families (CPS) due to neglect by their biological mother. Jahmil's guardian noted that their mother has a total of eight other children who are placed with various relatives and friends. She decided to become Jahmil's temporary guardian because of his numerous health issues. Additionally, she mentioned that she does not have any information about Jahmil's father or his family. In her efforts to support Jahmil, she expressed a strong desire to keep the brothers together and is actively seeking services to address Jahmil's behaviors and medical history. Treatment History: Jahmil has received various services through the Nolan Medical Center for health issues related to his foot.
