Exploring nature and difficulties of corporations

Assignment:

After exploring the nature and difficulties of seeing corporations as moral agents Shaw turns his attention to rival views on what the moral responsibilities of corporations are. The narrow view argues that corporations have an exclusive duty to shareholders while the broad view holds that corporations have obligations to anyone with a stake in a transaction. Central to this dispute is the concept of a fiduciary duty and whether or not observing this duty exempts one from others duties. Write a general paragraph that outlines for a general reader some of the reasons that recommend both sides of the dispute.

Your answer must be typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides, APA format and also include references.
