There are many valid organizational change models. Most change models include discussions on strategic vision, the role of the leader, resistance to change, and the communication process. The purpose of this assignment is to introduce the student to principles common to most change models.
Select TWO different models of organizational change (please do not use Kotter's 8 Steps of Change).
Write a comparison essay that discusses how each model addresses the following issues:
- Role of the leader in the change initiative.
- Overcoming resistance to change.
- Communication process.
