VegFoods to GO" has hired you to explore the possibility of using social media sites to target Millennials and Gen Z, as future clients across Canada.
You may be interested to create a bit of a case study around food prep firms similar to Hello Fresh, Chef's Plate, Good Foods, but this one prepares veg foods only. Consider your Prof. on the role of the CEO/ client who is asking how their firm grow their business in the current back to normal environment and yourself as Senior Marketing Research Associate.
The idea for the hypothetical firm called "VegFood to Go" came out of my mind from my experience with Good Foods. All three of these offer home delivery of vegetarian meals, along with non vegetarian meals...so the idea was that this hypothetical firm "Vegfood to Go" is going to replicate the other firm's success (but only specializing in Veg Foods).
Keeping their unique business model in mind, they wanted to explore millennials and GEN X (their preferred market segment...which aligns with the demographics of most of our students in the class).
Brand. Task is to create a questionnaire to evaluate the idea of selling veg food to self declared Vegans & Vegetatians, AND determine which social media sites would be suitable to promote this option.
